Cherry hot pepper rapini

  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • Olive oil for spraying

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the rapini in a double boiler for 7 minutes.
  2. Fry the garlic in a pan in olive oil until golden colors. Add hot pepper and marinade liquid. Mix in rapini, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and cover with parmesan.
