- Parmesan cheese with a vegetable knife cut wide stripes
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- Olive oil for spraying

Recipe preparation:
- Cook the rapini in a double boiler for 7 minutes.
- Fry the garlic in a pan in olive oil until golden colors. Add hot pepper and marinade liquid. Mix in rapini, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and cover with parmesan.
