  1. Wash and dry greens.
  2. Put all ingredients except herbs in a blender and start beat at low speeds. All seeds need to be fully crushed.
  3. Add greens and continue to grind in a blender. Pieces greens should stay in the sauce.
  4. Try the sauce and add salt or lemon to your taste. the juice.
  5. Pour the finished sauce into a container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
