Traditionally, cheesecakes are cooked at home with cottage cheese. I offer a recipe cheesecakes with berries. It turns out also very tasty. But you need to consider: the dough here is yeast, which means it will take another 1-1.5 hours to proofing dough.

- Make a dough: dilute yeast in warm milk, the floor of the dining room tablespoons of sugar, 1-2 tbsp. flour. Put for 15 minutes in a warm place before the hats.
- Take sugar, 1 tsp. salt, butter and vegetable oil. Stir, pour in dough, pour flour with baking powder, vanillin. Knead the dough so that it is soft and slightly sticky to the hands. Put for 1-1.5 hours in a warm place, to double the dough increased in volume.
- Mix the berries for the filling with flour and sugar.
- Divide the dough into 10 balls. Put them on a baking sheet oiled with vegetable oil. Each ball is slightly crushed, giving im round and let stand for 5 minutes. The bottom of the glass (grease with vegetable oil) make a deepening in each cheesecake. Put the filling there and gently push it into the dough.
- Let the cheesecakes stand for 10 minutes. Grease the edges with a mixture of milk and yolk.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 C. Ready cheesecakes can be sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
