  1. Grind cookies into crumbs in a blender or by hand. Baby combine with melted butter (120 g).
  2. Put in a mold and form a tight cake. Send to 20 minutes before freezing
  3. Beat eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, cottage cheese, cream until smooth. Pour the mass into the frozen cake and sent to preheated to 160 gr. for 20 minutes, then the temperature reduce to 120 gr. and continue to bake another 80 minutes.
  4. Turn off the oven, open the door and leave another 30 minutes cool down. We get out of the oven, cool and send to the refrigerator for 6 hours or more.
  5. Dessert must be cooled in the form in which it was baked. After after the dessert is completely frozen, remove the form, shift it to plate and decorate as desired. I whipped cookies with milk chocolate, it turned out very tasty.
