  1. Let’s make mayonnaise. Eggs for mayonnaise must be room temperature, so first pull them out of the refrigerator, at least an hour.
  2. In an bowl, mix the egg, add a little salt, add pepper, mustard, lemon juice and milk powder.
  3. Beat everything with a blender.
  4. Without ceasing to beat, pour in a thin stream of oil. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Pass the garlic through the press.
  7. Add cheese and garlic to mayonnaise. Shuffle. The sauce is ready.
