  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut a quarter onion rings. Rub carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the fillet.
  2. Add the vegetable oil, onion and carrots, simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Lubricate the pot inside with butter. We spread the fillet, salt, a little pepper.

  6. Add about 1/2 cup of water to the sour cream. Good mix and pour into pots.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. We put in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees 1 hour.
  9. Sprinkle with herbs.
