  1. The first step is to prepare vegetables for the sauce. Finely cut peeled onions. Cut tomatoes and bell peppers medium-sized cubes.
  2. Stew vegetables in butter until half-cooked, regularly stirring.
  3. Add any spices to the minced meat to taste, knead with your hands and roll up small meatballs.
  4. Chop milk, greens, flour, cheese and spices in a blender bowl until homogeneous mass. Pour the resulting mass to the vegetables. After boiling put the meatballs in it. Cook on low heat under the cover for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with any side dish to taste: pasta, rice, buckwheat, potatoes.
