  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Beat 4 egg yolks and 150 g sugar until lightened.

  4. We combine both masses and slightly add 200 g of flour with 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  5. Cut 2 small persimmons into thin slices.
  6. In a form of 25 cm, spread a little dough and pour 100 gr peanuts.
  7. Cover with the remaining dough and nicely spread on top persimmon.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C • in preheated the oven. Check readiness with a wooden stick.
