- Peel the mushrooms, trim the legs and wash.
- Dry the mushrooms with napkins, put in a deep container. Add salt, chopped herbs, crushed garlic to the mushrooms. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Mix thoroughly and put in oiled form.
