  1. Grate cauliflower or chop. Transfer to a deep bowl.
  2. Chop the garlic or pass through a press. Grate cheese fine grater.
  3. Mix cabbage with egg in a bowl, add oregano, grated cheese, garlic and 100g mozzarella. Pepper, salt and mix.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Lay a baking sheet parchment.
  5. Put the finished mass on a baking sheet and distribute so that the thickness was not more than 1cm.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then garnish with mozzarella and cook another 5 minutes.
