Very tasty and unusual homemade salad made with baked cauliflower and pumpkin. When you do, you can serve both warm and cold.

  1. Cook the cereal in boiling salted water. We recline in a colander and let the water drain.
  2. We sort the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut the pumpkin into cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We cover the baking sheet paper. Put vegetables on a baking sheet, sprinkle a little olive oil, salt, pepper, add spices and carefully mix.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, then mix and cook another 15 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and put in a jar with a screw cap. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper and well shaking a jar.
  5. Dice the apple. Finely chop the parsley. Nuts grind with a knife or with a mortar and pestle.
  6. Mix vegetables, cereals, apple, parsley and water the salad refueling.
  7. Before serving, decorate with chopped nuts. Have a nice appetite!
