  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a saucepan with a heavy bottom over medium heat, heat for about 5 cm oil, the thermometer immersed in oil should fix temperature 180 ° C.
  2. Mix jalapenos, chives, mayonnaise and cucumber in a blender brine; punch to an almost uniform consistency. Season salt with pepper.
