  1. Fry minced meat in vegetable oil (from any meat to taste) with chopped onion, lightly salt, after twenty minutes remove from fire.
  2. Separately, fry grated carrots with cubes of zucchini in oil (remove the hard peel), after seven minutes turn off the fire and mix with fried minced meat.
  3. Put the resulting mixture into a ceramic baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and put in the oven.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the finished casserole, cut into portions and decorating with greens.
