Delicious casserole under a crispy cheese crust in portioned potted. Mayonnaise used homemade, home cooked by the following recipe “Homemade” mayonnaise with olive oil

  1. Let’s prepare the meat and mushroom filling: first, fry on vegetable oil onion, add minced meat to it (from any meat or combinations to taste), fry together, stirring, 15 minutes.
  2. Then put the chopped mushrooms to the meat, salt and pepper, stir well, after five minutes remove from heat.
  3. For potato filling: peel root vegetables, chop cubes or cubes and fry in vegetable oil until semi-preparedness.
  4. We collect our pots: put the bottom layer half meat and mushroom filling.
  5. All potatoes are distributed in pots, slightly salted.
  6. Close the pots with the remaining meat filling.
  7. Soak well with homemade mayonnaise.
  8. Cover with a layer of grated hard cheese and put in the oven on 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
