  1. Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil peeled and chopped onions with finely chopped cloves garlic.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms to the onion, lightly salt and pepper, fry together for 15 minutes.
  3. Then add fat sour cream, stir, remove bending.
  4. Drain water from peeled and boiled potatoes, add butter, salt a little, knead with a potato masher.
  5. Pour hot milk into the potatoes, stir well.
  6. Glass baking dish with curly sides (diameter 27cm and a height of 3cm) grease with butter or cover with baking paper.
  7. Put mashed potatoes in an even layer (set aside 3-4st. l mashed potatoes for sides).
  8. Using a cooking syringe, arrange the sides of the mashed potatoes.
  9. Put the fried mushrooms in an even layer in the middle of the mold.
  10. Put the mold in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  11. Cut the casserole into portions, completely cooled.
