- Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil peeled and chopped onions with finely chopped cloves garlic.
- Add chopped mushrooms to the onion, lightly salt and pepper, fry together for 15 minutes.
- Then add fat sour cream, stir, remove bending.
- Drain water from peeled and boiled potatoes, add butter, salt a little, knead with a potato masher.
- Pour hot milk into the potatoes, stir well.

- Put mashed potatoes in an even layer (set aside 3-4st. l mashed potatoes for sides).
- Using a cooking syringe, arrange the sides of the mashed potatoes.
- Put the fried mushrooms in an even layer in the middle of the mold.
- Put the mold in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Cut the casserole into portions, completely cooled.
