  1. Boil the peeled potatoes until tender, drain the water, add butter, salt and cover.
  2. Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil chopped onions, add minced meat to it, fry together three minutes.
  3. Then put the crushed tomatoes, lightly salt, pepper and fry for another ten minutes, stirring.
  4. Put in a ceramic baking dish evenly fried minced meat.
  5. Lay the mashed potatoes on top, and even out.
  6. Sprinkle all with grated hard cheese. Clean the form in the oven.
  7. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees. Serve the finished dish, cutting with a sharp knife into portioned pieces, using a wide scapula, decorate to taste.
