  2. Add minced pork and beef.
  3. Five minutes later, lay peeled and mashed tomatoes, lightly salt and pepper. Put out twenty minutes together.
  4. For bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a pan.
  5. Pour in flour and mix well.
  6. Three minutes later pour a thin stream of milk, slightly salt, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat to a consistency liquid sour cream.
  7. Boil 400 g of pasta (shells, spirals, penne, etc.) according to the packaging instructions.
  8. Put the prepared pasta in an even layer in a baking dish.
  9. For pasta – half bechamel sauce.
  10. Top – meat sauce.
  11. Cover the meat with the remaining sauce.
  12. Sprinkle everything with hard cheese, chopped on a medium grater, and clean in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  13. Serve the finished casserole, cut into portions and decorating as desired.
