One of the days off I baked Tatar pies – echpochmaki. We love these pies, but since they are baked from yeast test, and I had a desire to lose weight, then to help savvy came. But can I do the same without test ?! So the idea was born, of this tasty, aromatic, appetizing, simple and gorgeous casseroles “A la echpochmak.” The essence of this casseroles in that the amount of meat and potato taken in the same proportions and diced into small cubes.
