Mashed Carrot Soup
For making mashed carrot soup will need:
- average carrot 4 pcs
- onions 2 medium pcs
- rice 3 tablespoon
- oil grows 2 tablespoons
- ground nutmeg pinch
- greens to taste
- salt, ground pepper to taste
You can cook carrot puree soup like this:
Grind onions, finely chop the carrots. We wash several times rice so that the water flows clear. Fry in a pan on vegetable oil raw rice, carrots and onions – until golden brown. Pour in water, vegetable or chicken broth – 800 ml and cook until full readiness of vegetables, approximately 20-25 minutes. Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the stove and chop the blender contents of the pan. Sprinkle soup with finely chopped carrot puree greens and close the lid. We put it again on a warm stove, soup should be saturated with the smell of greenery.
