  1. Rub the carrots on a fine grater. Grind nuts in a blender or with a knife. We wash and dry raisins.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar in a lush foam, pour the butter and again whisk. Add carrots, nuts, raisins and cinnamon, all carefully mix. Pour the sifted flour and knead the dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We cover the form with paper for baking, a little grease with butter and pour our dough. Sent in the oven for 50 minutes. When the cake has cooled, cut it into 2 parts.
  4. Beat cream cheese with icing sugar.
  5. We collect the cake, generously greasing the cream with cakes, top and sides. Enjoy your meal!
