  1. Boil the carrots until tender.
  2. Add carrot, onion slices, and break through to uniformity.
  3. Grind walnuts to a crumb state.
  4. In a bowl, combine vegetable puree, nuts, starch, semolina, cereal (wheat, oat, rye, barley), seasonings.
  5. Mix everything until smooth and salt to taste. Leave in rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We lay out the mass on a baking sheet. Align the layer with a thickness of 4-5 mm, if you want soft bread rolls, and 1-2 mm if you want chips. Sent to preheated oven for 25 minutes. The temperature should be 200 degrees.
  7. We take out the baking sheet, cut the bread directly on the parchment. The temperature is reduced to 100 degrees and dried bread to desired state.
