- Boil the carrots until tender.
- Add carrot, onion slices, and break through to uniformity.
- Grind walnuts to a crumb state.
- In a bowl, combine vegetable puree, nuts, starch, semolina, cereal (wheat, oat, rye, barley), seasonings.
- Mix everything until smooth and salt to taste. Leave in rest for 20 minutes.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We lay out the mass on a baking sheet. Align the layer with a thickness of 4-5 mm, if you want soft bread rolls, and 1-2 mm if you want chips. Sent to preheated oven for 25 minutes. The temperature should be 200 degrees.
- We take out the baking sheet, cut the bread directly on the parchment. The temperature is reduced to 100 degrees and dried bread to desired state.
