In the summer we catch fish and freeze it, mainly carp, crucian carp and pike, river fish no less tasty than sea fish, before we clean it with freezing to make such a tasty home in the winter fish.

  1. We cut off the fins of the carp (upper and lower).
  2. Then make cuts along the entire fish (as shown in video).
  3. Coat carp with salt, seasoning for fish, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
  4. We spread on a baking sheet, oiled.
  5. 2 cloves of garlic put in the abdomen.
  6. Spread lemon slices on top.
  7. Sent in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °.
