  1. Boil cannelloni in a large amount of salted water 4-5 minutes. Fold in a colander and pour over cold water.
  2. Grate hard cheese. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. Put tomato paste, pesto and parsley in a bowl. Spice up. Stir the sauce well.
  4. Cut the mozzarella for the filling into cubes. Spinach chop. Mix.
