Cannelloni with salmon and white wine

These cannelloni are made from ready-made lasagna sheets at home. For fillings take salmon or trout. Pour cream sauce. Scent add white dry wine. Nothing extra! Delicious!

  1. Boil water, salt, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Boil the lasagna sheets. Drain the water. Sheets decompose and dry.
  2. Free salmon from bones, cut into pieces and wrap them into lasagna sheets to make tubes.
  3. Grease the baking dish with butter. Fit rolls with salmon.
  4. Grate the cheese. Chop greens.
  5. Squeeze juice from half a lemon.
  6. Melt the butter. Separate the egg yolks from proteins. Add dry white wine to the yolks. Beat. To put on water bath. Gently pour melted butter, lemon juice and cream. Salt, pepper and remove from heat.
  7. Pour the salmon with cooked sauce. Sprinkle on top grated cheese and herbs.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
