  1. Fry peeled and chopped onions and garlic on warmed vegetable oil of a dzolotisty color.
  2. Put minced meat to them, fry well.
  3. Add chopped peeled tomatoes, lightly salt, pepper, fry, stirring for ten minutes.
  4. Make bechamel sauce.
  5. Raw Cannelloni loosely filled with chilled minced meat (drain excess liquid).
  6. Pour half the sauce into the ceramic baking dish bechamel.
  7. Stuff the stuffed cannelloni in one row.
  8. Pour the remaining bechamel sauce. Remove the form in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
  9. Carefully remove the form from the cabinet, sprinkle with grated hard cheese, return back to the oven and bake until fully cooked yet ten minutes at the same temperature.
  10. Serve the finished dish with a sharp knife cut into portions pieces.
