Cannelloni with Ham and Cheese

We will prepare the dish at home from factory cannelloni. For filling take the classic combination of ham and cheese. Will give juiciness tomato sauce. For flavor add white wine to the sauce. Very tasty cannelloni!

  1. Scald tomatoes, peel, cut into small cubes. Stew in olive oil.
  2. Add tomato paste and white wine to tomatoes. Shuffle and cook 3 minutes on low heat.
  3. Chop the basil and add to the pan.
  4. Salt, pepper. Add granulated sugar to taste. Take off tomato sauce from the fire.
  5. Cut the mozzarella and ham into small cubes. Put in a deep bowl.
  6. Grate cream cheese on a coarse grater. Add to bowl.
  7. Beat the eggs. Add spices. Pour into a bowl. Good mix.
  8. Grease a heat-resistant mold with creamy oil. Fill cannelloni with cheese and ham filling and put in a greased form. Pour in cooked tomato sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
