For cooking this dish at home we will use very large pasta – cannelloni. For the filling and sauce, we take three types cheese – ricotta, soft gorgonzola and hard parmesan. Also you will need fresh or frozen spinach. Will give piquancy dry white wine. Delicious!

- Finely chop the garlic.
