  1. Peel the pumpkin and the insides, cut into small pieces. Candied pumpkin
  2. Cook sugar and water syrup in a saucepan. Add to it pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves. Squeeze juice from orange and with zest add to syrup. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Take off pan from heat, cool to room temperature.
  3. Repeat this procedure a few more times – bring to boil, cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat, cool.
  4. Then lay the slices of pumpkin on baking parchment and dry in the oven at 50 degrees. But you can dry at room temperature temperature for about 3 days.
