Despite all the lightness and tenderness of the taste of cakes, he thick enough and saturated.

The main ingredients for chocolate biscuit:

  • flour and sugar – 175 g each;
  • butter – 125 g;
  • Cocoa – 25 g;
  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • baking soda – 1 teaspoon;

  • salt – 1 pinch.

The main ingredients for vanilla biscuit:

  • flour – 200 g;
  • sugar – 175 g;
  • butter – 75 g;
  • sour cream – 150 g;
  • baking soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • vanillin – 5 g.

The main ingredients for cream and toppings:

  • vegetable cream 28% – 200 g;
  • sour cream 20% – 500 g;
  • powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons;
  • vanillin – 2 g;
  • frozen cherry – 200 g;
  • sugar – 3 tablespoons;
  • agar-agar – ½ teaspoon;
  • corn starch – 1 tablespoon.

Cooking method

First of all, prepare the sour cream for the cream: take a colander, put it in two layers of gauze and put 250 grams there for 2 hours sour cream 20% fat, to glass excess fluid.

Chocolate sponge cake: put soft cream in the processor butter, begin to beat at low speed, adding sugar and alternately eggs, whisking each of them at medium speed.

We take 100 g of sour cream and add 1 teaspoon of soda. After that, add it to the mixture in the combine and beat, sift pour cocoa and flour there and mix thoroughly again. Behind this time the oven should warm up to 2000С. Take shape with a diameter of 24 cm, cover with parchment and pour our dough. Bake for about 25 minutes. After ready, cut the cake lengthwise into two parts.

White biscuit is prepared in the same way as chocolate. Next to the pan with a thick bottom we spread the cherry and put it on a slow fire. As soon as the cherry starts juice, you can add sugar. Thereafter pour agar-agar and corn starch. We interfere and bring to boil, then remove from heat and wait for it to cool.

Next we make the cream. In a tall bowl, whip the chilled cream vanillin and icing sugar. Put 2-3 spoons for execution decorations. The rest is added to the sour cream with which the glass liquid.

It was the turn to collect cakes. Cut a glass of biscuits circles. Put the cherry on the lower biscuit and cover it cream, cover with another circle and cream, finish the cake the third cake. We alternate biscuits, and give the finished cake stand in the fridge.

In the remaining sour cream (250 g) add sugar and coat with a mixture cakes, then roll in crumbs from pieces of cake, shredded blender. Garnish with delayed cream and cherry.
