  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks by adding 1/2 Sahara. Also beat the whites.

  3. Melt 40 g butter, let cool slightly and pour into dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the dough in the form on 30 minutes.
  5. We put the finished cake on the table so that it cools down.
  6. In the meantime, we proceed to the preparation of the cream. Put in a container yolk and pour 20 g of water so that it does not curl.
  7. Take a stewpan, add the condensed milk and our yolk with some water. Stir and put on a small fire to thicken masses. Then cool the mixture.
  8. Beat soft butter and vanilla sugar until splendid. Then by one art. add cream to a spoon and each time well whisk.
  9. Add the rest of the cocoa to the cream and mix.
  10. Cut the cake into three parts and coat with cream.
  11. We warm the jam a little and then grease the top one cake
  12. Melt the chocolate with butter. And the resulting glaze pour the cake on top and grease the sides.
  13. It is advisable to refrigerate for about 2 hours – and the cake will be ready. Enjoy your meal!
