  1. Mix approximately 150g of butter with flour to it turned out baby. Add salt.
  2. Mix 1 egg and 200 ml of water. Add this mixture to the flour, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil if flour not enough, add more. Wrap the dough in foil or put in a closed container in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  3. Make custard: Heat milk in a saucepan. Mix 4 eggs and all sugar in a separate bowl. Gradually pour in hot milk into the egg mixture. Bring this mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add vanilla, remove from heat and cool.
  4. Remove the dough and divide into 10-15 equal parts. Roll out every piece in the shape of a future cake. Bake each cake in Oven or pan for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add 50g of softened butter to the cream, well whisk.
  6. Collect the cake: generously spread each cake with cream, collecting them one by one. Leave one cake to sprinkle. Miss cream top and sides of the cake.
  7. Break the last crust into crumbs, garnish with crumb sides and the top of the cake. Napoleon tastes better on the second day, when well impregnated, and if you cut it right away – it will be loose and crispy, so choose to your taste)) appetite.
