  1. Sift flour. Add butter. It should be soft (get in advance from the refrigerator).
  2. Grind flour with butter until smooth.
  3. Make a deepening in the test, put sour cream, and in sour cream – soda, slaked with vinegar.
  4. Add salt, sugar.
  5. Knead the dough, add a little flour if necessary. Dough should not stick to hands.
  6. Wrap the dough with cling film and send in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  7. For cream, beat the sour cream and icing sugar with a mixer for 5 minutes. Put the whipped cream in the refrigerator.
  8. Take out the dough and cut it into 3 parts.
  9. Roll each part in turn and cut the “logs” (you can stencil), 5 on each. In total, 15 smooth “logs”.
  10. Put the berries and pinch.
  11. Place the “logs” on the baking sheet with the seam down. Bake at 180 degrees 30-35 minutes.
  12. Ready “logs” to cool well and put in shape house: first 5 on the base, then on top 4, 3, 2, 1. Each row smear profusely with cream.
  13. Leave the cake at room temperature for a couple of hours, and then put in the refrigerator (preferably at night).
  14. You can decorate before serving. Almond Chips: Almonds soak for a day in cold water. Then clean. Slice records. Dry in a pan. The chips are ready.
