Cake made of buns with streisel: video recipe

I decided to bake this pie from buns in the evening and barely endured until the morning to start cooking them. Not in vain because they fantastic! This is a must everyone to try! Especially in there’s nothing complicated in the preparation, in the recipe I’m all in detail showed and described.

  1. For dough, dissolve sugar and yeast in milk.
  2. For fresh yeast, milk can not be warmed, but if warmed, then it should be a little warm.
  3. Add flour, mix and leave for 30 minutes under food film.
  4. Combine egg white and egg with salt and vegetable oil. Add the dough.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour and knead the dough well.
  6. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
  7. Divide the dough into 12 identical balls.
  8. Mash each ball with a thin layer, put a teaspoon fillings and gently pinch the edges.
  9. For the filling, I took cherry jam, strawberry jam and boiled condensed milk. It turned out 4 buns with each filling.
  10. Put the buns in close shape to each other. And let rise 20 minutes.
  11. Lubricate with whipped yolk. And sprinkle with shredded crumb.
  12. Prepare crumbs like this: soft butter, sugar and flour rub your hands into crumbs.
  13. Bake rolls in a preheated 180º oven for approximately 30 minutes.
