  1. Beat 2 eggs with 100 grams of sugar until white (5-7 minutes).
  2. Combine sugar and butter in a saucepan. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add honey, bring to a boil, add 2 tsp soda, quickly mix and remove from heat. (The mixture will increase in volume).
  4. Cool the mixture (10 minutes). Add a thin stream of egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. We return the pan to the fire, add 300 gr of flour (~ 2 cups), (MUKU sifted in advance!) constantly stirring. Mixture cool (10 min).
  6. Add the remaining flour (200 gr) and knead the dough (the dough is soft).
  7. Divide into 10 parts (95-100 g each), roll it thinly (easier roll out on baking paper and sprinkle it with flour). Cut out flat cakes (I have a diameter of 25 cm).
  8. Bake cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, 6-7 minutes. Cool the cakes. Make leftover crumbs for cake.
  9. Layered cream cakes. Top and sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with crumbs (from the remains of cakes). The cake should stand in room 5-6 hours, after putting in the refrigerator for 12 hours. ⠀ Enjoy your meal.
