- Beat 2 eggs with 100 grams of sugar until white (5-7 minutes).
- Combine sugar and butter in a saucepan. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
- Add honey, bring to a boil, add 2 tsp soda, quickly mix and remove from heat. (The mixture will increase in volume).
- Cool the mixture (10 minutes). Add a thin stream of egg mixture, stirring constantly.
- We return the pan to the fire, add 300 gr of flour (~ 2 cups), (MUKU sifted in advance!) constantly stirring. Mixture cool (10 min).
- Add the remaining flour (200 gr) and knead the dough (the dough is soft).
- Divide into 10 parts (95-100 g each), roll it thinly (easier roll out on baking paper and sprinkle it with flour). Cut out flat cakes (I have a diameter of 25 cm).
- Bake cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, 6-7 minutes. Cool the cakes. Make leftover crumbs for cake.
- Layered cream cakes. Top and sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with crumbs (from the remains of cakes). The cake should stand in room 5-6 hours, after putting in the refrigerator for 12 hours. ⠀ Enjoy your meal.
