  8. Cool the finished cakes.
  9. Impregnation: in a glass of boiling water, add 2-3 tbsp of sugar, juice 1 orange and 1-2 tbsp cognac, mix well and cool.
  10. Cream: beat 200 g butter, gradually add condensed milk (1 can), add 1 pack of vanillin at the end.
  11. For each cake we pour 5-7 tablespoons of impregnation.

  2. We cover the baking dish with greased parchment paper butter. Pour exactly half of the dough into a mold and put in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. In the second part of the remaining dough, add cocoa and a good mix. Bake it just like the previous part cake.
  4. To make sour cream, mix sour cream and sugar, and mix until sugar dissolves.
  5. Light and dark cooled cakes (with cocoa) must be cut lengthwise into two parts each. And now we proceed to the assembly itself cake. At the bottom of a beautiful plate, put one half of the dark cake, grease with sour cream (1/3 of the total volume), put light cake on the dark, grease with cream (another 1/3 part), then again we put the dark cake and pour on it the rest sour cream and finally put our last remaining light cake.
  6. For chocolate icing, lay the bowl all necessary ingredients: butter, milk, sugar, cocoa. To put on medium heat and with constant stirring bring to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes.
