A delicious cake from my childhood. The peculiarity of making a cake in that it is baked immediately with cream.

  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins, mix the yolks with 1 cup sugar, then add sour cream and soda, mix and add melted butter, mix and add flour.
  2. Knead the soft dough, which we divide into 3 parts and remove in fridge.
  3. Now proceed to the filling. To do this, beat the whites to white foam, then gradually add 1 tbsp. sugar and at the end of 1 tbsp. nuts – the filling is ready.
  4. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll out one of three parts by the diameter of the form in which we will prepare the cake.
  5. The bottom of the form is pre-covered with parchment paper. Now put our dough-rolled circle in the form.
  6. Visually divide the filling into 2 parts, one of which is poured into dough.
  7. In the same diameter we roll out the second part of the dough, and put on top in the form, fill in the remaining filling and cover third part of the test.
  8. We send our cake to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for about 50 minutes.
  9. When the cake is baked, let it cool and cover with icing.
