Cauliflower puree soup
To prepare the soup puree we need:
- potatoes 4-5 medium pcs
- cauliflower 0.7-0.8 kg
- average carrot 3 pcs
- processed cheese 1,5-2 packs
- cream 22% 250 ml
- water 1,5 l
- spices and salt to taste

We sort the cauliflower into inflorescences and rinse it well. Peeled potatoes and carrots cut into medium cubes.
Bring the water to a boil and lay all the vegetables and cook on moderate heat until potatoes are cooked.
We take cheese out of the freezer and rub on a medium grater. When cooked vegetables in the pan – pour the mashed cheese into the vegetable soup and mix well. Remove from heat and pour into a blender. After chopping, pour the mashed soup back into the pan, set on medium heat and pour in a very thin stream of cream, salt over taste and add your favorite seasonings.
Immediately after the soup is mashed from colored boiled cabbage, remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes: mashed potatoes should be nourished.
Tasty Ideas:
When serving, sprinkle the soup with mashed cabbage and herbs and add your favorite crackers. My family often eats such soup with pita chips.
