- Chop cabbage and onions and fry in a tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Dice boiled eggs, add to cabbage and mix. Add salt and pepper to the filling.
- Break raw eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, shake, add kefir, sour cream and butter. Stir everything.
- Add flour, sugar and baking powder to the resulting mixture in portions. Make sure that no lumps form.
- Smear the baking dish with butter, sprinkle breadcrumbs, put cabbage stuffing.
- Pour dough on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and then another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
