- 50 ml. vegetable oil, fry chopped onions and carrots, add chopped cabbage to them and simmer under lid 10 minutes.
- Add 1 chopped tomato, salt and pepper, mix and simmer another 5 minutes.
- We shift the filling into a plate and let it cool completely.
- We take 500 gr. yeast dough (you can do it yourself, or take finished purchase).
- Cut into 2 parts.
- We put one part in the baking dish, put it in it half the filling, top with the second part of the dough and carefully pinch all the edges.
- Grease the egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven, 20 minutes – 200 С •.
- After getting out of the oven, grease with butter. From this amount of filling and 1 kg of dough, 2 pies were obtained.
