Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 butterfly cut and finely chopped pork boneless cutlets (225 gr.)
- 16 berries lilly pillies (purple Australian fruits) tree Aemena smithii)
- 3/4 Art. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 pears, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 Art. coarsely diced fresh oregano leaves
- 6 coarsely chopped garlic cloves (optional)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 Art. canola oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
Butterfly-cut Cuban-style pork chops:
- 8 thick slices (0.5 cm.) Swiss cheese
- 8 thick slices (0.5 cm.) Boiled ham
- 2 sliced thin cucumbers (about 16 slices)

Recipe preparation:
- In a large baking dish, mix half a glass orange juice, 1/4 tbsp. lime juice, 3 tbsp. l oregano, garlic, cumin and canola oil. Put the pork you marinade cut along and beat off, unfold like a book and completely cover marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. and up to 2 hours
- Remove the meat from the marinade and dry it. Put the chops on flat surface cut up, salt and pepper.
