  3. Pour the sifted flour, mix gently from the middle whisk, then knead with hands on the table. Knead soft, a little sticky dough, flour proportions are approximate. You must consider that flour is different everywhere. The main thing is not to overdo it with her.
  4. Cover the finished dough tightly with a lid and put it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
  5. For one bun, take a small piece of dough, about 40 g. Kneading with your hands is not very thin, grease with a small amount vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar, about 1 tsp, put a handful of raisins. We form as in the video. Grease them with yolk and 1 tbsp. l of milk.
  6. We send to the oven, preheated to 200C. Bake 25 minutes.
