  1. Prepare the dough: dissolve the yeast, sugar and salt in a little warm milk.
  2. For me, a special magic in yeast baking it’s fresh yeast.
  3. Add about 150 g of flour, stir and leave on 20 minutes to go.
  4. Add eggs, vegetable oil and flour.
  5. Knead a thick dough that does not stick to your hands. Knead for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Add flour gradually, as long as it takes. Score hard the dough is also not necessary.
  7. Leave for 1 hour, preferably warm.
  8. After an hour, divide the dough into 15 parts.
  9. Mash each part with your hands, spread out a few berries, sprinkle with sugar.
  10. Roll up and form a bun. Put in form or on a baking sheet.
  11. You can leave a little walk up, about 15 minutes.
  12. Lubricate the top of the rolls with the remaining yolk.
  13. Bake in a preheated oven 190º 30 minutes. They have to brown well.
  14. Remove from the oven and grease the hot buns with cheese mascarpone, but it’s not necessary.
