  1. In a bowl, mix water, milk, vegetable oil and butter (pre-melt), salt, sugar, yeast and vinegar.
  2. Knead the dough, gradually pouring flour.
  3. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave to rise in a warm place on 1 hour.
  4. Pekmez (honey or molasses) mixed with water.
  5. Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  6. Cut the cheese into slices.
  7. Divide the dough into 15-16 parts and roll into balloons.
  8. Stretch the ball, as shown in the video, put in middle of the cheese and close up the edges.
  9. Dip the bun in sweet syrup, then in sesame seeds and lay on a baking sheet covered in parchment.
  10. On the buns, make shallow cuts and send in preheated up to 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes. (The baking time depends on your ovens).
  11. Remove the finished buns from the oven and cover with a towel for 15 minutes.
