- In a bowl, mix water, milk, vegetable oil and butter (pre-melt), salt, sugar, yeast and vinegar.
- Knead the dough, gradually pouring flour.
- Cover the bowl with the dough and leave to rise in a warm place on 1 hour.
- Pekmez (honey or molasses) mixed with water.
- Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
- Cut the cheese into slices.
- Divide the dough into 15-16 parts and roll into balloons.
- Stretch the ball, as shown in the video, put in middle of the cheese and close up the edges.
- Dip the bun in sweet syrup, then in sesame seeds and lay on a baking sheet covered in parchment.
- On the buns, make shallow cuts and send in preheated up to 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes. (The baking time depends on your ovens).
- Remove the finished buns from the oven and cover with a towel for 15 minutes.
