  1. In warm (not hot!) Milk, stir sugar, salt and yeast.
  2. Add 2 eggs and melted butter, mix.
  3. Pour flour in parts and knead the dough, it should be smooth and do not stick to your hands, and it’s bad to go too far with flour.
  4. Put the dough under the film / towel / lid in a warm place 2/3 hours. Knead the dough and keep warm for another 1-2 hours.
  5. From the dough we form balls of 90-100 g each. We roll about to a thickness of 1 cm. Put condensed milk in the center. We pinch the edges.
  6. We stack the buns at a distance from each other with the seam down. Leave to distance for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Lubricate with an egg. We send in the oven preheated to 180С to 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven and the size of the rolls). How good blushed – done!
