  1. Kefir slightly warm and pour into a bowl, add yeast, mix a tablespoon of sugar and cover with a lid or food 10-15 m film.
  2. Then add the eggs, the rest of the sugar, melted creamy oil, mix everything and, gradually pouring flour, knead soft dough.
  3. Cover the bowl with the dough and put in a warm place to rise on 1.5 – 2 hours.
  4. When the dough rises, divide it into 17-18 balls.
  5. Roll each ball into an oval and make cuts on one side as shown in the video. Add the filling and roll into a roll. The edges blind, cut off excess dough. Get a “snail”.
  6. Half the buns are made in this form. The rest half do in the form of tubes, without fastening the edges. Get the “caterpillars.”
  7. Put the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Grease egg and send in an oven preheated to 180С for 40-50 minutes (time baking depends on the oven) to a beautiful golden color.
  8. Ready buns without taking out from the baking sheet, sprinkle with water and cover with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
