- Kefir slightly warm and pour into a bowl, add yeast, mix a tablespoon of sugar and cover with a lid or food 10-15 m film.
- Then add the eggs, the rest of the sugar, melted creamy oil, mix everything and, gradually pouring flour, knead soft dough.
- Cover the bowl with the dough and put in a warm place to rise on 1.5 – 2 hours.
- When the dough rises, divide it into 17-18 balls.
- Roll each ball into an oval and make cuts on one side as shown in the video. Add the filling and roll into a roll. The edges blind, cut off excess dough. Get a “snail”.
