- Mix yeast, sugar, salt, flour, water, eggs. Knead elastic dough. Put for 40 minutes in a warm place in a greased a bowl.
- For the filling, mix the feta cheese with butter
- Divide the dough into 5 parts, each roll out into a circle with a diameter 25 cm and grease with butter. Put one on each circle fifth of the filling, roll up and roll slightly.
