  1. Mix yeast, sugar, salt, flour, water, eggs. Knead elastic dough. Put for 40 minutes in a warm place in a greased a bowl.
  2. For the filling, mix the feta cheese with butter
  3. Divide the dough into 5 parts, each roll out into a circle with a diameter 25 cm and grease with butter. Put one on each circle fifth of the filling, roll up and roll slightly.
  4. Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 30 cm with butter, put rolls in it, twisting slightly in a spiral, and so to form a cake. Spinning is not very tight, as when baking the dough will double in volume. Leave the cake for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
