Simple Soup Recipe

Meatball soup is not new to hundreds of thousands of our tables compatriots, and almost all of them add the same to the stuffing, but you can also experiment, especially if there are children in the house. Meatballs – this is the supplement that can simultaneously give the first dish richness, saturation, and also change its taste. Buckwheat meatballs are as easy as ordinary, but they will especially emphasize the taste of the dish, especially since the broth the recipe is also slightly different from the “standard”.

The main ingredients:

  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • onions – 3 pcs.;
  • sweet dried pepper slices – 2 tablespoons;
  • a mixture of five peppers in the form of peas – 1 pinch;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • beef – 400 g;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • buckwheat flakes – ½ cup;
  • spaghetti – to taste;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

Cooking method

First of all, prepare the vegetable broth. For this prepare one carrot and one head of onion. Put them in pan, add sweet dried pepper slices, a mixture of peppers in in the form of peas, bay leaf and pour it all with 2-2.5 liters cold water. Put the saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil. On simmer for about 40 minutes. After that we filter broth into another saucepan through a sieve and salt to taste. Should get a very beautiful orange broth.

While the broth is cooked, prepare the minced meat for meatballs. We take beef, wash it and clean it from everything outside, pass through a meat grinder along with the onion. In ready stuffing break one chicken egg, buckwheat flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Stuffing should be kneading well.

Stuffing is preparing quickly, therefore, at the same time as its readiness, You can form meatballs and put them in a hot broth, which we set on fire and cook for about 15 minutes. Add finely broken spaghetti and cook until cooked pasta products.

While everything is boiling and seething, chop the remaining onion, rub carrots on a grater for Korean dishes and pass the prepared vegetables in a preheated pan with a little olive oil. Somewhere 2 minutes before the spaghetti is ready for the broth add passivated vegetables. The finished first course is poured into deep bowls and served with a little basil.

Cooking options: instead of spaghetti, you can take any proven pasta.
