- All vegetables must be washed in cold water and chopped. Mushrooms should be cut into cubes, and if they are small, then you can simply divide the mushroom into 4 parts, onions – straws, and cucumbers – rings or half rings (depends on their size).
- Throw the onion into the pan and fry it for 4-5 minutes, then add the tomatoes from the jar where the beans are in the pan, pickles and continue to simmer for 3 minutes. After that add beans and champignons and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
- We sort and wash buckwheat. Mix it with vegetables.
- We spread the porridge into the pots, filling them in half.
- Distribute the vegetable broth evenly between the pots.
- Cover the pots with lids and put in the oven, preheated on 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
