  1. All vegetables must be washed in cold water and chopped. Mushrooms should be cut into cubes, and if they are small, then you can simply divide the mushroom into 4 parts, onions – straws, and cucumbers – rings or half rings (depends on their size).
  2. Throw the onion into the pan and fry it for 4-5 minutes, then add the tomatoes from the jar where the beans are in the pan, pickles and continue to simmer for 3 minutes. After that add beans and champignons and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
  3. We sort and wash buckwheat. Mix it with vegetables.
  4. We spread the porridge into the pots, filling them in half.
  5. Distribute the vegetable broth evenly between the pots.
  6. Cover the pots with lids and put in the oven, preheated on 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
