- Pour flakes into warmed milk and leave for 5 minutes, to swell. Porridge should be thick. You can just cook buckwheat porridge.
- Grated hard cheese should be added to the container for buckwheat porridge (cheese should be creamy, but not spicy or salty), raw eggs, sugar and salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
