  1. Pour flakes into warmed milk and leave for 5 minutes, to swell. Porridge should be thick. You can just cook buckwheat porridge.
  2. Grated hard cheese should be added to the container for buckwheat porridge (cheese should be creamy, but not spicy or salty), raw eggs, sugar and salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Cut the butter into slices, add to the porridge and again mix.
  4. Put the mixture in the form, smooth and send for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
