Very healthy and tasty dish. Cook a casserole at home from buckwheat noodles. For filling – boiled chicken breast and spinach. Oil – only for greasing the baking dish.

  1. Boil chicken, remove from broth and cut into small pieces.
  2. Boil buckwheat noodles in salted water, lay on colander.
  3. Peel and finely chop onions. Fry in a pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Rinse and spinach.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat resistant mold for bake well with butter.
  6. Lay out the layers several times in the following order: boiled noodles, fried onions, pieces of chicken, spinach.
  7. Break eggs into a bowl. Beat. Salt, pepper. Add 70 ml of chicken stock. Mix well and pour the casserole.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with soy the sauce.
